You will be picked up from your hotel around 7am. This excursion offers an exciting blend of relaxation and exploration. You will depart toward Nusa Lembongan island on a luxury catamaran, Bali Hai II departs from Benoa Harbour and cruises to Hai Tide Beach Resort. Upon arrival, you will have five hours to experience the unspoiled charms of Mushroom Bay. Popular activities include sunbathing on golden beaches, snorkeling in the tropical water, and kicking back on a sunbed in our private gardens. In case you are feeling more adventurous, you will also be offered kayaking, snorkeling, scuba diving, parasailing, and more. For lunch, you will be provided with an appetizing BBQ lunch at our poolside cabana. Options include salad, grilled fish, and a range of cocktails from our Beach Club Bar. How much of a deposit is required?

You need to make a 50% deposit upon reservation to secure your seats. If your departure is in less than 60 days, the full amount is due when booking.

When is the balance due?

The balance is due 60 days prior to the departure date.

What is the group size?

This amazing package is completely hassle free for you: all flights, transfers and hotels with breakfasts are taken care of. We also have included 3 tours. So, you will be part of a group during the included tours. The tours are usually joined by 10 participants on average, the maximum could be 30. The rest of the time, you will be free to explore on your own: take a hike, relax on the beach, visit temples, get a massage...

Is it a guaranteed departure?

Yes, all our departures are guaranteed.

Is triple occupancy available?

Yes. The price is the same for the 3rd passenger unless it is a child aged between 2 and 11 years old (at the time of the travel).

Will there be someone waiting for us at the airport?

Yes, our local operators will welcome you at the gate holding a sign with your name on it. You will be transferred to the hotel.

Is it possible to book additional tours?

Your package already includes 3 tours. Additionally, you have the option to take our optional full-day tour to the Lembongan Island Beach Club Cruise.

Are the hotels far from the city?

The hotels are centrally located which means that whether you walk or use a taxi, you will be able to reach the city within 15 minutes.

Are tips included?

We suggest the following amounts, you may of course tip at your discretion. For luggage porterage at the hotels or the airport: $2 CAD / $1 USD per bag, the hotel staff: $2 CAD /$1 USD per day and the tour guides: $5 CAD / $4 USD per day. 

What is the average cost of a meal?

All your breakfasts are included at the hotels (buffets). For the other meals, we definitely recommend to try the local gastronomy while you are out visiting. The cost of living is rather low in Bali, a light lunch at a local food stand should cost you $5 CAD / $4 USD per person and a nice supper at a restaurant can amount to $20 CAD / $15 USD per person.

Is it possible to add extra nights?

Yes, you may add extra nights to your package in Denpasar and in Ubud. Simply make the request with your reservation agent who will change your flights accordingly. We can include the same hotel or you may stay under your own arrangements. The price will be confirmed by your agent depending on availability.

Is the bus equipped with toilets, AC, Wi-fi?

Yes, the bus has AC and Wi-Fi. Also, the tour makes frequent rest stops.
